Read itSpendvora is a tool. It reads your documents, routes your approvals and keeps your budgets in front of you, but every decision stays yours. You check the figures, you approve the spend, you make the payments and you file your own returns. We do not act as your accountant, your bookkeeper or your adviser, and we are not a party to anything you agree with your suppliers.
AI extraction is a head start, not a source of truth. It gets most fields right and it will sometimes get one wrong, which is exactly why nothing is approved or paid without a person confirming it.
None of that removes our own obligations. We keep your data separate from other customers, we keep it secure, and we tell you who processes it for us on the sub-processors page.
